- 02.We understand the significance of accident prevention and protect the safety and security of patients during their medical care.
- 03.We provide nursing care based on scientific evidence, which we explain to patients and their families in clear and patient-friendly language.
- 04.As a healthcare team, we are aware of our roles and collaborate with other professionals to provide effective nursing care.
- 05.We develop human resources to be responsible, self-aware nurses, and those who can grow as human beings with autonomy.
Head nurse
Based on the “Three principles of the Seiwa-kai Medical Corporation,” we respect each individual patient and value compassionate, heartfelt nursing and care.
We are working to create a work environment that is patient-oriented and to create a system in which both nurses and caregivers are autonomous and can fully demonstrate their abilities. We strive to nurture highly sensitive human resources who support each other's growth and development as healthcare professionals and as human beings.
The nursing department is a friendly environment with a wide range of generations, comprising nurses in their 20s to 70s. As part of our work-in-life program, we also accept consultations regarding short-term work schedules, exemptions from night shifts, and exemptions from working on holidays. In terms of education, we are preparing a guidance system that allows new nurses to work without anxiety and to welcome back nurses who have temporarily left the workplace for personal or family reasons. One of the attractions of our hospital is that it is a place where you can continue working for a long time. Let us work hard together as a hospital for the local residents.

Hospital Ward Referrals

After acute treatment, such as for cerebrovascular disease or femoral neck fracture, intensive rehabilitation is performed by a team of many specialists. The aim of this ward is to enable patients to recover both physically and mentally and return to their homes or workplaces. Each staff member in charge of the team actively encourages patients to perform activities of daily living to prevent them from becoming bedridden immediately after hospitalization and supports their return to home and society.
It is an environment where the team can share knowledge and skills with each other and grow together.
It is a ward where we can share enjoyable moments with the patients.

This ward is for inpatients who require examination and treatment for neurosurgical and medical diseases, orthopedics and rehabilitation, and acute treatment for pneumonia and infectious diseases. Many patients are also admitted for surgery. In addition, patients who have passed the acute stage will be transferred to a ward where nursing care can be provided according to their condition.
Conferences are held in collaboration with multiple disciplines to practice providing safe and secure nursing care.
You can feel the joy and satisfaction of recovery.

This ward supports patients whose condition has stabilized after the acute stage of treatment so that they can recuperate in familiar surroundings (return home or some nursing homes). We will support the hospital discharge of patients by optimizing their environment and lifestyle, and providing a system and environment that allows returning to their usual lifestyles at their home.
We work with a multidisciplinary team to help patients leave hospital feeling safe and secure.
We strive to ensure that your stay in the hospital is safe and secure.

This is a ward for patients who, after completing acute phase treatment and stabilizing their condition, still require continued treatment and care in the hospital due to difficulty returning home as well as for patients with chronic diseases who require long-term care and ongoing treatment.
There are many friendly and caring staff members. We have good communication, help each other, and work in a rewarding environment.

This facility provides long-term medical treatment and assistance in activities of daily living for individuals requiring long-term care. Because doctors and nurses are required to be assigned to the facility, it is possible to admit individuals who require nursing care with high medical needs. This facility allows people who require serious nursing care to live with peace of mind while receiving medical care.
Nurses provide medical care, perform health management such as daily blood pressure and temperature checks, and check the amount of food eaten. We strive to ensure the mental and physical health of our residents and value teamwork so that inpatients can spend their days according to their preferred lifestyles.

We have 12 medical departments and provide free anti-aging care, health checkups, and medical checkups. As a secondary emergency medical institution, the hospital supports community healthcare 365 days a year. Each department works in cooperation to provide the best possible treatment for patients.
This department is often involved when patients come to the hospital and are at their most distressing state, when their symptoms are most severe. We support patients so that they can undergo examinations and treatments with peace of mind to relieve anxiety and hardship

We provide consultation for patients and their family members on various issues during hospitalization and hospital visits (e.g., financial matters, use of welfare systems, and life after discharge). We also provide support for hospitalization, transfers, and discharge.
As nurses, we bridge the gap between patients and medical care at each stage of hospital visits, hospitalization, and discharge. We support patients by using various social resources so that they can continue to live their lives with peace of mind in their familiar surroundings.

We provide dialysis treatment for outpatients and inpatients. Doctors, clinical engineers, and nurses work together to provide safe and reliable dialysis treatment for each individual patient.
Dialysis nurses often face issues such as the ups and downs of patients' feelings. It requires nurses to work alongside patients, providing physical and emotional support, but it is also very rewarding. There are various certifications to demonstrate expertise in dialysis nursing that allow for skill improvement

There is one operating room and a clinical engineer who is responsible for the maintenance and inspection of medical instruments. In the central supply room, medical instruments used in surgery are primarily cleaned and sterilized.
In addition to physicians and nurses, many medical professionals—such as radiologists, and clinical engineers—are involved in surgery.
Although it is not a large operating room, as a multidisciplinary team, we work to provide safe and high quality medical care and support surgical operations. We work closely with patients and their families undergoing surgery to help alleviate their anxiety and tension as much as possible.

To ensure that people can continue to live safely and healthily in their familiar surroundings, the center plays a role in providing medical treatment, living support, and other services between medical institutions and in-home support offices. A nurse, speech therapist, or other therapist will visit your home based on the instructions of your family physician.
When patients are unwell, Kyoritsu Hospital provides support for treatment and hospitalization. We provide full support to all patients who require home nursing care so that they can live safely in the place and with the people they want.
